Technical Student Assistant

Would you like to work on large urban infrastructure projects for the capital area of Copenhagen? Please join Metroselskabet and Hovedstadens Letbane where you will be contributing to the execution of the branch-off to Sydhavn Metro and the Light Rail projects.

You will be part of the Transportation Systems Unit with 15-20 engaged engineers and technical specialists in power, trains, rails, monitoring- and communication systems.

In the current construction phase, you as student assistant will support mainly the construction- and site managers during site inspections and with document handling, reporting and adhoc tasks. 

Profile and Competences

• You are undertaking a higher education within the construction industry and comes with a technical background.
• You are structured and solution-oriented and are ready to take on various tasks with support from the team.
• You are proactive and make a virtue of delivering high-quality work.
• You have good English skills, both oral and written, and it is an advantage that you have experience using Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, Outlook and MS Project.

Working hours

The weekly working time is approx. 15 hours, which will be distributed flexibly in coordination with your studies. Majority of the work will be at the main office at Metrovej, Ørestad with some time at site at our CMC in Glostrup or together with the construction team for the Sydhavn Metro.
